Personalised Goods

We aim to dispatch any personalised items within 5 working days unless stated otherwise, excluding peak/seasonal times of the year, where this may be extended up to an additional 7 working days, this is the maximum time it will take, if for any reason there is an issue with this, you will be contacted

Our preferred delivery partners for personalised goods are Royal Mail and DPD, we reserve the right to change this depending on individual circumstances,

Items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for, or the equivalent

Non customised Items

Any item that is for sale within this website that is considered standard stock, will be dispatched within 3 working days

If you are ordering from outside the UK please be aware there may be Duty to pay on your item, you will be contacted by the courier to pay this, refusal to pay any duty on items will result in the item being returned,
